Ingredients for Spaghetti with Arugula Pesto

  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g pine nuts (1 pack)
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Sea salt (according to your taste)
  • Ground black pepper (according to your taste)
  • Half a pack of spaghetti
  • Water to boil the pasta
  • Arugula leaves and roasted pine nuts for serving

How to Make Spaghetti with Arugula Pesto Recipe?

  1. Wash and dry the arugula and cut off the stems. Peel the garlic.
  2. Put the pine nuts in a small pan and roast them on medium heat until they change color a little.
  3. Start the blender by adding the olive oil, then the garlic, arugula leaves, pine nuts, grated Parmesan cheese and seasonings (salt and pepper).
  4. When all the ingredients are thoroughly shredded and mixed, transfer them from the blender to the bowl.
