Since it is not possible to finish all of them in the same day when there are 2 people and the strawberries spoil in a very short time even in the refrigerator, I prepared a practical recipe without molding.

  • 420 g strawberries (washed)
  • 90 g granulated sugar (a little less than half a glass)
  • 15 g wheat starch (1 tablespoon)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of water

How to Make Homemade Strawberry Sauce Recipe?
