  • Two pieces of grilled chicken thigh per person (if desired, you can use 1 piece of breast each)
  • Half a tea glass of Parmesan cheese or grated Mihaliç cheese

How to Make Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe?

  1. For the croutons, cut off the edges of the bread slices and dice them. Take olive oil in a small pan and heat it. Add breads and spices and fry until golden brown. Put the toasted bread in a bowl.
  2. Wash the greens you will use for the salad ingredients. Dry the salad in the dryer or on a paper towel.
  3. Cut the greens into large pieces with your hands and put them in a salad bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half and add them.
  4. For the sauce, put the egg yolk, vinegar, lemon juice, anchovies, sugar and half of the olive oil in the blender. Run the blender at short intervals and let it thicken.
