Many of us, especially my peers, remember this biscuit cake very well, when mothers called the neighbor for tea or when we were crying "mom pieaaa", they used to prepare a slice before we could understand it. Of course, we used to destroy the delicious cakes with a mixture of happiness and surprise…

Today, besides wanting a lot of sweets, I wanted to nostalgia and go back to my childhood. Here is the frosted cake of Little Nilay before you :) Lots of love to everyone...

How to Make Petibor Cake Recipe?

1- Cook the pudding with 3,5 cups of milk on low heat until it thickens. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a square bore first so that the bottoms of the biscuits do not stick when wet.

2- Arrange 1 row of plain petibou on it and pour some of the pudding, spread it over the entire biscuit layer. Follow the same process for each layer and continue until all biscuits in the form of 2 layers of plain and 2 layers of cocoa are finished.

3-Spread the last remaining pudding neatly on the biscuits and cover my debt with cling film and put it in the refrigerator.

Making the Chocolate Sauce:

Do we need to pour the chocolate sauce while it's hot? Does the sauce thicken as it cools?

hello.. As far as I understand, can we also apply this to cakes and cookies made in this way so that the powdered sugar biscuits do not stick? Finally, doesn't Turkish coffee taste bitter? Is there any change in the taste if we don't use it? Thank you

Hello, Ms. Nilay, I tried your recipe, it was amazing with strawberry, especially the chocolate sauce was ready, I liked it very much.
I was going to ask you something. How can I make the sauce on the ice creams. I want it to be the same way. If you have a crunchy file, I would appreciate it if you could share it.

It was very nice, thanks for sharing, I sometimes do it by putting fruit or walnuts in between, I had a question, is there a solution you can suggest for an unbaked cake? Your site is very good, I hope you continue your work.

Hello Duygu, I will definitely try it with fruit or fruit sauce :)
As for the question about the cake, I would like to use leftover cakes or, as you said, uncooked cakes. truffle I'm evaluating it. I hope it helps, love...
