We were at another very enjoyable MSA event this Sunday evening. We laughed a lot and had a lot of fun, and we got very useful information. The most cheerful wine of Kayra Wines “SaturdayThanks to ”, I took my first step in wine tasting :)

"Now we're in school, we've filled the glasses." Our seminar started with the slogan;

-Wine education
– Continued with Pizza and Salad Workshop.
In the end, my wife and I even got a commendation :)

Special thanks to Mr. Ahmet, who informed us with his detailed explanations about wine, and to Chef Hakan Şen, who helped us become familiar with pizza making...

My first recipe tonight, "Caramelized Onion, Goat Cheese Arugula and Mixed Greens Salad with Thyme Vinegrette" might turn your head a bit because of the length of its name :) but it is a very delicious and practical recipe. Especially if you have a Saturday-Öküzgözlü next to you, don't enjoy it...

I will share with you what I learned about wine as soon as possible. You can find photos of the training at the end of the recipe. Love….

    The recipe turned out very well and it is much better with wine. By the way, I didn't put vinegar, I put some pomegranate syrup instead. You can try it. Thanks for the recipe
