Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
Pasta is one of my favorite dishes. With a delicious sauce, you can have a meal without preparing anything on the side. So much so that sometimes even a single cheese is enough, but we are a nation that likes our food hot and a little juicy. We want it with plenty of sauce, not pure.
Marinara sauce, or tomato sauce, is an Italian classic, in fact, it is almost the same as the one our mothers prepared to consume throughout the winter towards the end of summer. You can add broth to increase the flavor of this sauce, which you can prepare in the amount you want and with the additional ingredients you want.
If you prepare it in large quantities, you can also store it in the freezer bag in the freezer. In this way, your dinner can be prepared in 15 minutes, while you boil the pasta and heat the sauce.
You can also use this sauce while preparing pizza and serve it with fried meat, meatballs or vegetables.
