Apple-pie

We met again in the first recipe of the new year :) It was a very light and delicious dessert. I recommend it to all of you. Don't be intimidated by its appearance, it's a very easy way to make, and I could only eat one slice because I was on a diet :(

Materials:

2 eggs,
1 cups of sugar,
150 gr. margarine,
1 packet of baking powder,
1 packet of vanilla,
flour

Ingredient:

5-6 sweet apples,
4-5 tablespoons of sugar,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 cup crushed hazelnuts

Apple-pie

Fabrication:

Mix all the dough ingredients in a large plastic bowl and make a dough that is a little harder than the pastry dough. Divide the dough into 2, one larger than the other.
Grease another baking tray and spread it evenly in it (I used a small springform pan) and poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
After peeling the apples, grate them, add sugar and cinnamon on the Teflon pan and cook until the water is absorbed.
Spread the cooled apple material evenly on the dough we spread on the tray and sprinkle the hazelnuts on it.
Roll out the dough that we set aside to half a centimeter thickness with the help of a rolling pin and cut it into long strips with the help of a knife.
Then arrange them in small squares for the apple.
Bake in your preheated oven at 180 degrees until the top and bottom are browned.
