My dear friend Feryal made a very nice dessert for us. Bless your hands, my dear.

dessert

Materials:

4 quinces
1 cups sugar
2 water glass of water

to decorate;

1 water glass milk
1 pack of whipped cream
ground hazelnuts

Fabrication:

Let's pour the sugar and water into a wide saucepan, let it boil. In the meantime, let's cut the quinces in half, peel their skins, clean them, and pour the quinces into our boiling syrup.
If it is available in your house, you can use a teaspoon of red food coloring in the sherbet.
After boiling our quinces for 20 minutes, you can take them on a serving plate of your choice.
While our quinces are cooling, let's prepare the cream on top (you can use different creams, I had whipped cream at home and I used it) and finally, let's pour the whipped cream, let's pour some sherbet from the quince sherbet over the whipped cream and sprinkle on whatever is available in our house with hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts and enjoy it. …

    If you put it in the seeds of the quince, there is no need for food coloring or cherry juice, it gives a nice color.

    AAA well, my dear, thank you, but looking at the screen and licking the water on the corner of my mouth does not give a good image to the manager. :)
