Ingredients for Meringue – Foam Recipe
- 4 egg white
- 300 gr. granulated sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
How to Make Meringue – Foam Recipe?
- Egg yolks and whites are separated from each other at room temperature.
- Egg whites are taken into a large glass bowl and whipped with granulated sugar and salt until they reach a consistency that will not fall off the spoon, that is, at least 25 minutes, with a mixer at high speed (the reason for the long time is that the granulated sugar is difficult to melt with this method).
- If you say that the shape of the meringues is not that important, use a spoon, if you want their shape to be smooth, put them in a cream bag and put 1 cm each on a tray with greaseproof paper. You can share periodically.
- Bake in a preheated 110 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Do not take the meringues out of the oven immediately, open the oven door first, take them out when the meringues are warm, and transfer them to the serving plate when the meringues have cooled completely.
