I love that burnt taste :) It's both light and delicious. It's not that difficult to make. The most important trick is to pour the pudding on the tray and wait for it to cool down after frying the bottom. After this stage, you can serve it either simply by slicing or by making a roll. Yours sincerely

Ingredients for Kazandibi Recipe

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1-1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 1 packaged vanilla
  • 2-3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 50 gr. margarine

How to Make Kazandibi Recipe?

  1. Sift one cup of flour into a large saucepan and add 1 cup of sugar. Add 1 lt of cold milk to it and mix until the rice flour and sugar dissolve.
  2. Put it on the fire, mix it until it reaches the consistency of pudding, and then remove it from the fire. Add vanilla and oil and beat for 5 minutes in the mixer.
  3. Lightly grease a large baking tray with margarine. Sift the powdered sugar into the tray so that it covers all sides.
  4. Spread the custard on this tray and pour it. Turn on the stove at medium heat and move the tray over the fire (This way the bottom of your cauldron will be well browned).
  5. After it has cooled well, slice it, wrap it in a roll and place it on a serving plate.

Hello, I tried the recipe, but it did not appeal to my taste at all. It turned into a complete baby food with just rice flour. I'm a strict follower, whatever I do, I look at nilay but this didn't happen :(
