I made it for my dear Ekroşcu's birthday with my wife. The decorations were at the last minute, we were almost caught while preparing them... Happy birthday Ekroşş :)

Tiramisu

Ingredients for Tiramisu Recipe

1 pastry base (with cocoa)
half a liter of milk
1 labneh cheese
3 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1 eggs
Cocoa powder

How to Make Tiramisu Recipe?

Pour half a liter of milk into the pan, when the milk starts to heat up a little, add 2 tablespoons of flour. Add 1 egg yolk and 3 tablespoons of sugar whipped in a separate bowl and mix some more.
Lastly, add vanillin and stir constantly to prevent lumps. It will start to solidify close to boiling. When it thickens, remove it from the fire and add the labneh cheese with a blender for 5 minutes. beat it.
Mix Nescafe or hot chocolate with 1 glass of milk and wet the cake bases. If you wet the cream just before applying, your cake bases will not fall apart.
Spread the cream liberally between the 2 bases and on top. Cover the cake bases completely with the cream. (My advice is to make it 1 day before serving and keep it in the refrigerator)
Take out the tramisu, which we keep in the refrigerator, and decorate it shortly before serving. Pour the cocoa over the whole cream using a tea strainer. You can decorate it with a piece of chocolate or dark chocolate as I did.
By the way, I bought those little chocolates with caramel from IKEA. It went great with the cake…

Good evening, Nilay Hanim. I'm from Uzbekistan. Was it necessary to refrigerate the cream of the tiramisu? My cream is a little liquid, I wonder if I could not hold it??? With love

It should be cooked until it thickens. Maybe you kept it a little less on the stove, but it is not a very solid cream anyway. It goes into the cake. Yours sincerely

Thank you for your correction, Ms. Nilay. I have a few more questions for you. Are we putting the vanilla in 1 packet? Don't we add sugar to the coffee milk you make to wet the cake? You did not write the nescafe measurements. How much will be put? I have 3 in 1 Nescafe, I also have Turkish coffee, Dibek coffee. Which one would you recommend me to use? Should I especially buy plain nescafe? Also, when putting the flour and sugar, should the tablespoon be full? Sorry for asking a lot of questions as I'm doing it for the first time, but you are the expert, I need your information :)

Now let me answer the questions one by one for you:

1- 1 packet of vanilla is enough
I recommend 2-3 in 1, 1 glass of milk is enough, I do not add sugar, but you can add according to your taste.
3- I use full spoons while applying the recipes.

Take it easy now. Yours sincerely

Hello, Ms. Nilay, your cake looks great. I want to make it too, but there was a small mistake, you wrote 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour in the ingredients section. In its preparation, on the contrary, it says 2 tablespoons of flour and 3 tablespoons of sugar. which one is correct? I will according to your answer. Let's see if I can make it as beautiful as you :) Good luck.

    Yours ..

Hüsnacı, first of all, good luck to your hands. I distributed them all in my first try :) First of all, the reason why the cake base leaves such a taste in your mouth may be that the base has become stale somehow, of course, the brand you use may be effective in this. If the problem is not in the pansypania,

You can try these methods so that the base does not fall apart,

    1. Wetting the cake base just before applying the cream
    2. Spreading the milk superficially and less than in the recipe

When it comes to milk, I think it is a must for tiramisu, just like labneh cheese. Love…

Hello, Ms. Nilay, I reserved my Saturday for your tiramisu recipe and I succeeded in making it :) As you said, the distinctiveness of tiramisu is in the sauce made with labne cheese. It is light and delicious. However, the ready-made pastry base accidentally left the taste of bread soaked in water in their mouths and during slicing, the cream could not carry and dispersed. Is there an alternative product that we can use instead.

Hello, Hüsnacım, there are friends who make whipped cream, there are people who make it with cream, but I think it will be heavy when made with these. Only labneh gives tiramisu its light taste. I think labneh cheese is a must for tiramisu. Love…
