Mix the margarine and powdered sugar well. Let's get a dough as soft as an earlobe by adding other ingredients.
Take small pieces of dough and place them on a paper-lined baking tray. There will be bits larger than the hazelnuts. Let's bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
