Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Good morning dear friends,

This week is very busy for me, but it is going on very well. We were in Yalova on Tuesday and Wednesday, we stayed in Armutlu for 1 night and returned. You know, when we see summer places in winter, we feel sadness… Heh! This time, it didn't cover it :) It means that one is looking for a little calmness and serenity while taking firm steps towards the age of 35….

Anyway, sir... While you are waiting for your turn to the ferry, men selling fruit and vegetables, according to the season, approach your car, this time the person had apples and cucumbers in their hands. After a lot of bargaining, I bought 4 kilos of cucumbers and 7 kilos of apples. I can't tell you how delicious they both turned out. I will be preparing lots of apple recipes in the coming days :)

  2. Take the butter in a Teflon pan, sprinkle granulated sugar on it when the butter melts.
  3. Cook over high heat, shaking the pan from time to time, until the sugar melts and turns colour.
  4. Carefully add the apples and cinnamon to the brown sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally with the help of a spatula, until the apples release their juices.
  5. Remove the slightly softened apples from the heat.
