As you know, cultivated mushrooms do not have much of an aroma, so different vegetables or cream are usually used for flavoring while sautéing.

sautéed mushrooms

When you sauté the mushrooms first, they release their juices, keeping them juicy and intensifying their flavor. The finely chopped onion you add afterward creates a whole without getting in the way of the flavor of the mushroom. According to your taste, you can add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic along with the onion. Finally, if you want, you can make creamy mushroom sauté by adding cream near the end of the sautéing process.

Mushroom sautéed especially goes well with grilled meats. grilled tenderloin You can find my recipe.
