Ingredients for Carrot Zucchini Salad Recipe
- 3 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed walnuts
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon of strained yogurt
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- Red pepper
- Salt
How to Make Carrot Zucchini Salad Recipe?
- Grate the carrot and zucchini, put the carrot in the pan and sauté for 5-10 minutes so that it does not melt too much. Add the zucchini and continue sautéing until cooked.
- Remove the cooked vegetables from the fire and wait for them to cool.
- Add walnuts, garlic, yogurt, vinegar, salt and red pepper and mix.
- Serve cold, sprinkled with crushed walnuts, if desired.
