to you yesterday my homemade fresh tarhana I wrote that I boiled the first soup. Soup I bought years ago wet tarhana It was as delicious as the soup I made with it. In fact, because that tarhana was denser, it tasted a little too much flour. Mine has the full flavor of tarhana.

I made it with regular tarhana before. You can find the tariff here. Fresh Tarhana Soup Its preparation is just like making tarhana soup, but you have to strain the tarhana you opened with water. The reason we filter it is to separate it from the herbs that we chop coarsely.

Making fresh tarhana is more effortless than dry tarhana. Today I separated them into freezer bags for 1-2 cooking and threw them in the freezer.

Ingredients for Homemade Fresh Tarhana Soup Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons of stone tarhana
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 4,5 water glass of water
  • salt

For service:

  • 100 gr mince
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Red pepper

How to Make Homemade Fresh Tarhana Soup Recipe?

  1. Open the tarhana with 2 glasses of water and drain.
  2. Fry the oil and tomato paste in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add the drained tarhana, salt and 2,5 glasses of water.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened.
  5. Put the vegetable oil and ground beef in a small saucepan.
  6. Add salt, black pepper and red pepper and fry it.
  7. Take the soup on serving plates and serve by adding 1-2 tablespoons of roasted ground beef.
