Bread Ravioli (from Ramadan Pita)

Bread ravioli was a recipe I've been thinking about trying for a long time. Since we were on a family diet lately, there was almost no bread in the house. With the arrival of Ramadan, the pita breads that we missed are on the market, all the balances have changed :)

But when there are two people, the pita bought is too much. Even if you make hot iftar and toast for sahur, it doesn't end. While I was thinking what should we do with the semi-stale pita that was waiting in the bag yesterday afternoon, I suddenly thought of bread ravioli.

It is such a practical recipe that it can be served within 5 minutes after roasting the ground beef. It can make both the household and your guests eat their fingers.

Since semi-stale pitas absorb the water immediately, they become puffy, but if they are too stale, I recommend adding some meat bouillon and soaking it in boiling water.
