Mother Meatballs

Maybe he was preparing it this way for taste, maybe for administration. I didn't want to choke on a lot of bread while I had ground beef, but I would like to share its original recipe with you one day. Anyway, this is the mom meatball of my childhood.
He said this is it when he cooked it and had it tasted by my mother. So we got the approval :) You can increase the garlic by 1-2 cloves according to your taste, but the taste of the meatball changes when there is too much garlic. Also, the same goes for spices. You can play with the salt a little if you want.
To shape the meatballs, you can put a little oil in a saucer and lubricate your hands by dipping your fingers in between. Like I said this is our house mom patties recipe and we mom patties It cannot be cooked in a pan without oil. There should be enough oil in the pan to reach half of the meatballs.

Ingredients for Mama Meatballs Recipe
- 500 g medium fat ground beef
- 1 medium egg
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- a third of a bunch of parsley
- 1,5 sweet spice salt
- half a teaspoon of black pepper
- A little less than 1 teaspoon of cumin
- oil for frying
How to Make Mama Meatballs Recipe?
- Take the minced meat, which you grind twice at the butcher, into a deep absorption bowl.
- Grate the onion, crush the garlic. Finely chop the parsley. Pass the stale bread through the robot.
- Add all the ingredients you have prepared to the ground meat along with 1 egg.
- After adding salt and spices, knead for at least 7-8 minutes.
- When the minced meat comes together well, break off walnut-sized pieces and shape them with your hands.
- To make it easier to shape and not stick, you can put a little oil in a small bowl and dip your hand and then shape it.
- When you have prepared all the meatballs, add half a cm of oil to the pan and heat it on medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs you prepared, front and back, and serve.
