Chocolate Drop Ice Cream Cookie

As you know, my daughter has a birthday this week. Hey! Actually, it's my birthday too, but he claims it's just him🤣 So that's what happens when you give birth on the day you were born 😅💕 I started preparations out of the blue. I threw some in the freezer so I could take them out and cook them right away.

I don't want to deal with everything at once on Thursday. Since there is a group of 3-6 years old at school, I will make things that can be easily consumed by hand. The party will be at the afternoon breakfast anyway, but I'm thinking of publishing a nursery birthday menu for you.

  1. Put the butter, powdered sugar, wheat starch, flour and baking powder in the mixing bowl.
  2. Knead until you get a non-sticky consistency.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the gathered dough and knead.
  4. Take pieces from the dough with an ice cream spoon and arrange them 3-4 cm apart on the baking tray that you have lined with greaseproof paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees (14-15 minutes) until the bottom of the cookies is browned.
  6. Take the baked cookies out of the oven and wait until they cool down and serve by separating them from the tray.
