Hello Dear Friends,

In the last 2 days, we prepared very enjoyable recipes with my Chef School students at Kadir Has University. The dessert classes I attend at the end of the semester cover basic dessert recipes, but are shaped by the ideas of me and my students. This being the case, it is very enjoyable :) In fact, we will evaluate the final meals and researches of our previous term chef candidates whose internships ended tomorrow.

Anyway, with this intensity, I continue both Ramadan projects and my own recipes. Maybe I'm getting tired too much, but when I look back, it makes me incredibly happy that the blog is so full and up-to-date.

Anyway, back to our topic, almost all of you have dates in your house during Ramadan and I love dates. I have prepared many different recipes from cakes to cookies before. This time, I wanted to prepare a different recipe, and date pudding came out.

According to the size of the dates, you can prepare a delicious dessert with 10-12 pieces of large dates and 19-20 pieces of small ones. For those who do not like too much sweets or avoid sugar consumption, the sugar of the date itself will be sufficient.

If what you need to do is very simple, just puree the dates in a blender or food processor. After that, milk, starch and rice flour :)

A delicious way to use your dates left at the end of Ramadan. If your blender is not strong, you can add a little milk and break the dates more easily.

Its consistency is quite right, and remember that just like figs, dates thicken the sweetness they are in as they cool. One of the best examples is fig curd.

Love…
