Today's recipe is a sweet and sweet pizza recipe that we adults will love as much as children :) We usually like tomato sauce and lots of cheese, but chocolate and fruit pizzas are just as delicious as their cheese ones.
Always have some extra flour and water with you when kneading pizza dough. I usually use pizza flour or bread flour, but you can use any of the general purpose flours you have at home.
Since I wanted the pizzas to be a little small, I divided them into 4 parts, but if you want, you can divide them into two pieces and prepare 2 medium chocolate pizzas.

Ingredients for Chocolate Dessert Pizza Recipe
For the dough:
- 3,5 water glass flour
- 1 pack of instant yeast (10 g)
- 1 glass of water (warm)
- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 small pinch of salt
For the above
- 1 cup of chocolate cream (any brand of your choice)
- Filet Peanuts
- Strawberry slices upon request
How to Make Chocolate Dessert Pizza Recipe?
- Take the flour in a deep mixing bowl, make a hole in the middle with your hand.
- Add milk, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast and mix.
- Add warm water little by little and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them. Sprinkle flour on it and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin, not too thick.
- Prepare 4 pizza doughs the size of a dinner plate. After laying the tray with greaseproof paper, place 2 doughs. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
- After taking it out of the oven, cover it with chocolate cream while it is hot. After cooking the other two pizzas in the same way, garnish with pistachios and strawberries and serve warm.
