- 500 g Sultani (Leaf) Peas
- 3-4 tablespoons of cornmeal
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- dill for serving

How to Make Sultani (Leaf) Pea Pan Recipe?
- Remove the bones of the leaf peas, boil them in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the softened peas and set aside.
- Sprinkle salt and cornmeal on the peas, mix them and place them in the oiled pan.
- When one side is fried, turn the other side with the help of a plate and serve by frying.
