Ingredients for Sultani (Leaf) Pea Pan Recipe

  • 500 g Sultani (Leaf) Peas
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cornmeal
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • dill for serving
  • Salt

How to Make Sultani (Leaf) Pea Pan Recipe?

  1. Remove the bones of the leaf peas, boil them in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the softened peas and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle salt and cornmeal on the peas, mix them and place them in the oiled pan.
  3. When one side is fried, turn the other side with the help of a plate and serve by frying.
