Ingredients for Hazelnut Drop Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
- 1 pieces of eggs
- half a glass of granulated sugar
- Half a teaspoon of butter
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- 2 heaping tablespoons of wheat starch
- 2 water glass flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 3-4 tablespoons of chocolate chips
- half a cup of crushed hazelnuts
How to Make Hazelnut Drop Chocolate Cookie Recipe?
1. Take the egg, room temperature butter and oil mixture and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk well.
2. Add starch, baking powder, banillin and flour and knead. Add chocolate chips if using.
3. Break off walnut-sized pieces and sprinkle on hazelnuts and place them on the baking tray.
