I made it yesterday. It was very good. It would have been better if I had roasted the peanuts dry first. So, when the color of the butter darkened until the color of the peanuts changed, I shortened the roasting time of the semolina. But the taste was very good.

I put some cream with a pinch of salt and butter. It was great, I recommend it. I also fry the sugar a little more with semolina before its water. The liquid and sugar ratio is good. Good luck to you..

I tried it too, it was super but it was less. If I make it from 2 glasses of semolina, I will use 4 glasses of liquid, so will there be a change in its consistency? love..

Leave the lid closed to let it brew a little longer, or cover the lid with a towel, such as rice, and remove the extra moisture.

Hello, first of all, thank you :) I think you should not add olive oil, if your oil is acrid, it will be astringent. It can also affect its smell.

    Hi friends.
After I roast the semolina for a while, I add sugar and continue to fry it. Thus, the sugar also caramelizes, and at the end I add ground green pistachios and water and leave it to brew like rice. That caramel taste suits the halvah, of course, on pistachios. Bon appetit.

    Hello there,
I discovered a very, very simple semolina halva and I make it once a week. And if you eat it with ice cream, it's super delicious.
Dr. Oetker's has semolina halva. It is very easy to cook. No frying, no sherbet.. I recommend it to everyone :))
