Simitchetta from stale bagels

Hello dear friends,

Since Sunday, I have been consuming bagels left over from breakfast and thrown in the freezer to prevent mold. As a matter of fact, it works for me more like this. I thaw the bagel I took out of the freezer in the microwave and use as much as I want and freeze it again.

Pazartesi bagel pizza, Tuesday bagel sandwich and this morning I overdosed and made simitchettas I made up myself :) Everything is very simple, even with sleepy eyes, carefully chop all the ingredients, turn on the oven and bake.   1. Slice the bagels 2-3 cm thick. Chop the tomatoes to the size you want.
