I think I broke my own record by attending two different project meetings with an interval of 1 hour yesterday :) The rush that started very early in the morning continued until late in the evening. By the way, everything I ate (except for the meatballs I ate at Nakliman) was sloppy, I didn't even want to have lunch.

If you're so busy, you can say come on, then, you can say your right, but I'm not telling because the project hasn't started yet, I'm just saying wait :) Maybe we can find the opportunity to do something together!

Anyway, to relieve the pain of yesterday, I decided to prepare a meticulous breakfast for myself this morning. I liked my breakfast so much that I thought I'd take a photo first and share it with you while eating.

Of course, while you are reading these lines, I will be throwing myself on the road because of a job that came out at the last moment. So I cut it short and kiss it!

Love…

How to Make a Crepe with Cheese and Pepper Eggs Recipe?

  1. Whisk the pancake ingredients in a deep bowl until there is no puree.
  2. Lightly oil and heat the pan and pour 1 ladle of pancake batter.
  3. When the edges of the crepe start to darken and small pores form on it, turn it over to the other side.
  4. When the other side is cooked, transfer it to a large plate and do the same for the 2nd Crepe.
  5. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan in which you prepared the pancakes and sauté the peppers.
  6. Add the mashed white cheese and 4 eggs on the peppers and cook by mixing.
  7. When the egg is cooked to the desired consistency, take half of it in the middle of the pancake and fold the edges as in the photo. Serve the other crepe by following the same procedure.
