Ingredients for Baked Cheddar Tomatoes Recipe

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 6 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 thin slices of cheddar cheese

How to Make Baked Cheddar Tomatoes Recipe?

  1. Remove the stems of the tomatoes, wash them and cut them into 2 crosswise parts.
  2. Divide the garlic into its cloves, press it with your hand or with the help of a spoon and crack the skins. (Do not chop or peel, keep the crust.)
  3. Drizzle some olive oil on the baking tray. Arrange the tomatoes and drizzle olive oil on them again.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and put a piece of rosemary on top of each slice.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
