How to Make a Practical Bread Recipe without Kneading?

  1. Take the flour in a deep bowl, add salt and yeast to it and mix it with the help of a spoon.
  2. Add water and mix until it becomes homogeneous, cover it with cling film and leave it to ferment for 1 hour in a warm place.
  3. Gather the fermented dough with your hands, fold it on the greaseproof paper sprinkled with flour and form it into a ball. 
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in greaseproof paper. 
  5. Heat your cast iron pan and take the dough with oiled paper into the heated pan.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes with the lid of the pot closed.
  7. Open the lid of the pot and cook for another 30 minutes and take it out of the oven.
  8. Let the bread you take out of the pot cool on a wire.
  9. Serve by slicing the cooled and shrinking bread.
