Ingredients for Almond Strawberry Cake Recipe
- 150 g butter (room temperature/soft)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 water glass flour
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 pieces of eggs
- half a glass of milk
- 1 pc baking powder
- 250 g strawberries
- 2-3 tablespoons of almonds
How to Make Almond Strawberry Cake Recipe?
- Cut the strawberries into 2-4 parts according to their size and set aside.
- Take the butter and granulated sugar into the mixer bowl and beat until it becomes creamy.
- Add 1 egg to the mixture and whisk, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and whisk, then add the second egg and continue beating.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, almond flour and milk.
- Add half of the strawberries and mix with a spatula.
- Grease a 20 cm cake tin with butter.
- Pour the cake mix into the ring mold and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Place remaining strawberries on top of cake mix. Sprinkle with the almonds as well.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, check if the inside of the cake is dry with a knife or skewer. If it is not liquid, take the cake in the oven.
- Slice the cake you have cooled in the mold for 1 hour and serve.
