I wanted to make salty cookies tonight, but thanks to the one and only gourmet of my house, I decided to make pastry :) It was actually really good because it's my first time making pastry dough.
Actually, I started to get into this food thing after I got married, so most of the recipes you see on this site are my first attempts. Having something to snack on at home after I get back from work is ideal for relieving the stress of work.

Ingredients for Patisserie Pastry Recipe
- 1 pack of room temperature margarine
- 1 teaspoon of warm milk
- 1 cup of warm water (to dissolve the yeast)
- 1/2 packet of fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs (1 on the yolk)
- 2 sweet spice salt
- flour
Fabrication :
- Margarine is softened by mashing by hand and all the ingredients are added and kneaded to form a soft dough.
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. If desired, cheese can be added into it (I don't like plain).
- It is fermented for 1 hour in a warm environment (HIGHLY SUITABLE FOR THE HEATER).
- Brush it with egg yolk and scratch it with a fork.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
