Apricot Cake
While I was thinking about how to use the leftover ingredients from Ashura, I suddenly thought of making apricot cake. I tried it for the first time, but believe me, I couldn't get enough of it. When I made it in the pine tree mold, I couldn't help using the little ornaments from the beginning of the year.

Materials:
2 pieces of eggs
150 g margarine
1 cups sugar
1 glasses of yoghurt
1 cup of dried apricots
1 packaged vanilla
1 package baking powder
2 tablespoons of salted peanuts
A little more than 2 cups flour
Fabrication:
Cook the eggs and 1 glass of sugar in a deep bowl for 5 minutes. Beat until foamy throughout, add margarine and yoghurt and cook for 5 minutes. beat more.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla and continue whisking. Lastly, add the thinly sliced apricots and the salted peanuts that you peeled and pour into the greased cake mold.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for a minimum of 40 minutes. Don't forget to check with a toothpick.
I like it very much, the cake melts in your mouth. I used hazelnuts instead of salted peanuts :)) thanks for the recipe…
