Ingredients for Hazelnut Chocolate Muffin Recipe
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup of hazelnuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 package baking powder
- 2 water glass flour
- 1 water glass milk
How to Make Hazelnut Chocolate Muffin Recipe?
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until frothy. Add oil and yogurt and continue whisking.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa into the egg mixture. Add the chocolate and hazelnuts that we took in the blender last (don't forget to set aside a little to decorate the top). Mix it all.
- Cover the heart muffin tins with aluminum foil.
- Fill the parts we covered with more than half of the muffin dough.
- Sprinkle pieces of chocolate and hazelnuts on them and bake at 180 C.
I put the cakes in the molds, but I used 12 standard molds, is it small, did it swell, even overflowed, but it definitely smells very good, I'm waiting to eat it when it's cooked hot and hot :)

I have a question, Mrs. Nilay, there is a glass of milk in the ingredients, but you used yoghurt, not milk, in its preparation.? Which one to use..
