Lemon, plain, chocolate or fruit piece parfait. All of them are beautiful and fresh. It reminds me of hot sunny summer days just like in the photo. Parfait is the freezing of the prepared cream by pouring it into a mold. Parfait ingredients may differ according to the taste of the person applying the recipe. As far as I researched, even raw egg yolk can be added to it. But I didn't want to use it.

Apart from fruit pieces, it can be made into a fuller dessert by adding biscuits. You can add some of the jelly in the recipe into the whipped cream prepared while making parfait, so you can get an even denser consistency when frozen.

If you want your parfait to come out of the mold easily, you can spread a stretch film on the mold you will use. You will also use in the recipe lemonadeYou can prepare it yourself, or you can use ready-made lemonade if you want.

Love…

Ingredients for Lemon Parfait Recipe

For the jelly:

  • 2 teaspoons of lemonade
  • 2 tart jelly
  • 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar

For the parfait:

  • 3 pack of powdered whipped cream
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

How to Make Lemon Parfait Recipe?

  1. For the jelly: Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir until the granulated sugar dissolves and place the saucepan on the small burner of the stove. Cook on low heat until it boils and remove from heat. Cool by mixing and immediately spread the ¾ into the mold covered with cling film.
  2. For the parfait: Take all the ingredients in the whisk bowl and beat at low speed for 1-2 minutes. Add the reserved jelly into the whipped cream and beat for about 10 minutes until it reaches a consistency that will not fall from the spoon.
  3. Spread the prepared whipped cream on the jelly and let it rest in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  4. When the frozen parfait reaches the hardness to be cut with a knife, remove it from the mold by pulling it from the stretch. Serve garnished with lemon and mint.

I wanted to give you a lemon parfait recipe. It is very practical and light. I prepare it in 10 minutes. The materials are prepared in three groups. 1- Prepare Dr.ötgen's lemon flavored jelly as in the recipe. 2- Whisk whipped cream (a pack) with 1 glass of milk. 3-Wash two lemons, grate them finely. Then squeeze out the juice. Melt them with a glass of granulated sugar and a glass of water by slightly heating them. Pass through a fine sieve. Finally, these three ingredients are prepared. Mix the group together. Wet a large mold, drain excess water (so that the parfait does not stick to the mold), pour the last mixture into the mold and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Slice and share with your loved ones with pleasure.

Hello, what I am wondering is: What is the difference between Parfait and Eton Mess? I heard the first one (parfait) but heard the other one (eton messi) today, I wonder what it is?
“What is the name of the ice cream dessert that contains a significant amount of fresh cream and gets its softness and consistency from here?” I was asked a question somewhere, I was confused by him??? I wonder what it is!!! I will be glad if you answer, thanks :-))

When you prepare the whipped cream with milk cream instead of milk or water, the taste will be fuller and closer to ready-made ones :)))

Ms. Nilay, this recipe is always made with eggs on other sites, I guess it will not be very good with eggs, so I will apply your recipe, but Ms. Yasemin asked me to repeat the question, is there any milk in the parfait? Thank you for your answer.

Hello, unfortunately I missed it due to the density. I also used lemonade for the whipped cream, so the lemon flavor was even more intense. Let it be easy for you now. love.
