Oyster Mushrooms in Casserole
My first experiment with oyster mushrooms gave very good results :) I recommend you to try it too.

Ingredients for Oyster Mushrooms in Casserole Recipe
- 200 gr Oyster Mushrooms
- 1 Piece Charleston Pepper
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 3-4 Tablespoons of Oil
- 1 Medium Onion
- Salt, Black Pepper
- Let's wash the mushrooms and leave them to drain. Let's add oil, finely chopped onion and garlic to the Teflon pan and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Let's cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add the frying pan and fry them until the water is gone.
- Let's remove the seeds from our peppers and finely chop them. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the pan.
- Let's fry for 3-4 more minutes, throw the spices and share it in the casserole dishes.
- Let's add the grated cheddar cheese on it and cook it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until the top is golden brown.
