Patisserie Pastry

I wanted to make salty cookies tonight, but thanks to the one and only gourmet of my house, I decided to make pastry :) It was actually really good because it's my first time making pastry dough.

patisserie pastry

Actually, I started to get into this food thing after I got married, so most of the recipes you see on this site are my first attempts. Having something to snack on at home after I get back from work is ideal for relieving the stress of work.

Love…

Ingredients for Patisserie Pastry Recipe

  • 1 pack of room temperature margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of warm milk
  • 1 cup of warm water (to dissolve the yeast)
  • 1/2 packet of fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 eggs (1 on the yolk)
  • 2 sweet spice salt
  • flour

Fabrication :

  1. Margarine is softened by mashing by hand and all the ingredients are added and kneaded to form a soft dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. If desired, cheese can be added into it (I don't like plain).
  3. It is fermented for 1 hour in a warm environment (HIGHLY SUITABLE FOR THE HEATER).
  4. Brush it with egg yolk and scratch it with a fork.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

My last tray is in the oven, I wanted to write it right away
This recipe is amazing, I used dry yeast, I was afraid of not getting the amount, but it's great…. my puff pastries were so fluffy :))))

I want to try it too, but you said 1/2 packet of yeast.
Is this half of these tiny yeasts? Besides, I have a 42-gr package right now, should I use half of it, or there are fresh yeasts the size of a huge margarine, half of it? I'm waiting for your answer.

      Hello Thanksgiving.

Many friends have tried this recipe before you and shared it with us with very good results. They have recommended it to others. While we have so many successful results, I wonder if you made a mistake in the recipe. Is there any problem with the materials you use? may your margarine not be at room temperature? Or maybe your yeast is out of date? If you share this information with us, maybe we can find out where the problem is together.

      Yours

I like the site slm, but I haven't tried the recipes yet, I hope they all work because sometimes it doesn't work out well, even though you make it exactly according to the recipe, they all look good. I love to make different age cakes and cakes, I love German cakes the most because their diagnosis is very light, they usually make it with cream instead of whipped cream. Try it too guys, you'll agree with me. I was living in Germany and the cakes there are amazing. However, everyone is doing their own beauty, our Turkish ladies are very talented in this regard, I wish you all good health and a good day.

I congratulate all of you on the new year. I made this pastry cake, the image was the same, but it was as hard as a stone. I wonder how the order of adding the ingredients is while the dough is being kneaded.

There is little difference between dough made with dry yeast and dough made with fresh yeast in terms of the processes involved.
It is necessary to use half as much dry yeast as the fresh yeast in the given recipes. I recommend using instant yeast.
