Ingredients for Misket Meatballs Recipe
- 1 medium eggplants
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium potatoes
- 7-8 fresh beans
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Half a glass of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 14-15 pieces of meatballs
How to Make Misket Meatballs Recipe?
- First, wash all the vegetables and let them drain. Sort and slice the green beans obliquely, and finely chop the carrots.
- Peel the eggplant variegated and cut into large cubes. Cut the potatoes and zucchini into the same size.
