Blackberry sherbet As a matter of fact, it turned out that the mulberries he bought from the neighborhood market released their water and softened after 1 day. Less resistant fruits such as mulberries and strawberries begin to deteriorate when kept in the refrigerator for 1 day. Unfortunately, it is a pity for the money you give when you do not consume it immediately.
When I saw the state of the mulberries, I immediately decided to evaluate them. Earlier black mulberry jam I had prepared. This time, I wanted to try something different because the weather was getting warmer. I love to drink soda, I also like to consume different drinks during the day. I usually open and drink the practical sherbets I prepare with soda.
Adding cinnamon and cloves creates an incredibly delicious erbet. I would definitely recommend trying it.

Ingredients for Black Mulberry Sherbet Recipe
- 400 gr black mulberry (1 pack)
- 2 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 1,5 liters of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- half a teaspoon of lemon salt
How to Make Black Mulberry Sherbet Recipe?
- Wash the black mulberries in 1 water and leave to drain.
- Take the strained mulberries, sugar and water in a medium saucepan.
- Add the cinnamon and cloves and cook on medium heat, stirring until it boils.
- When it boils, reduce the heat and boil for 15 minutes.
- Add the lemon salt without removing it from the stove and boil for 2-3 more minutes and remove from the stove.
- Strain the mulberries and leave the syrup to cool.
- Take the cooled syrup in the refrigerator, add soda or serve with plain ice.
