When I saw the state of the mulberries, I immediately decided to evaluate them. Earlier black mulberry jam I had prepared. This time, I wanted to try something different because the weather was getting warmer. I love to drink soda, I also like to consume different drinks during the day. I usually open and drink the practical sherbets I prepare with soda.

Ingredients for Black Mulberry Sherbet Recipe

  • 400 gr black mulberry (1 pack)
  • 2 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1,5 liters of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • half a teaspoon of lemon salt

How to Make Black Mulberry Sherbet Recipe?

  1. Wash the black mulberries in 1 water and leave to drain.
  2. Take the strained mulberries, sugar and water in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add the cinnamon and cloves and cook on medium heat, stirring until it boils.
  4. When it boils, reduce the heat and boil for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the lemon salt without removing it from the stove and boil for 2-3 more minutes and remove from the stove.
  6. Strain the mulberries and leave the syrup to cool.
  7. Take the cooled syrup in the refrigerator, add soda or serve with plain ice.
