Ingredients for Chocolate Chestnut Muffin Recipe
- 150 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 10 g cocoa
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 130 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 large egg (2 if small)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 7-8 boiled or baked chestnuts
- 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate chips
How to Make Chocolate Chestnut Muffin Recipe?
- Sift all dry ingredients together into a bowl.
- Melt the butter and add the dark chocolate to it, mix and let it melt. Let it rest until it reaches room temperature.
- Add the egg, powdered sugar and milk to the mixture that comes to room temperature and mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the chocolate mixture. Add the chestnut pieces and mix.
- Divide the muffin dough into the silicone muffin molds. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
- Insert a toothpick into the muffins that rise at the end of the time. If it comes out dry, take it out of the oven. Let it rest until it reaches room temperature.
- Remove from molds and serve.
