Unleavened Pastry with Dill Cheese

One of my favorite and one of my favorite recipes. It is an unleavened pastry with dill. I've been sick 1-2 times lately due to illness and I bought it from the patisserie. Whenever I eat it my stomach hurts. This time I said I will do it the way I like, I already put it on the table in 25-30 minutes :)
First of all, strained yoghurt is legendary, use your favorite brand or whatever is most appropriate. If you use regular yogurt, the measure is around 3 cups of flour. Feta cheese is better on the dough instead of in it, if your cheese is salty, you can reduce the salt even more.
It cooks for 13-15 minutes, but the cooking time should be controlled according to the performance of your oven.

Ingredients for Unleavened Pastry with Dill Cheese
- 1 egg (on top of the yolk into the white)
- 1 teaspoon of strained yogurt
- 1 tea cup oil
- 1 spoonful butter
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
- 2 water glass flour
- Feta Cheese up to 1 matchbox
How to Make Unleavened Pastry with Dill Cheese?
- Put the oil, yogurt, butter, salt, baking powder and egg whites in the kneading bowl.
- Add vinegar to the baking soda and lather.
- Add 2 cups of flour and start kneading.
- When the dough starts to come together, add the cheese and knead. Add the dill and knead.
- Divide the gathered dough into 12 pieces. Roll it in your hand.
- Arrange them 2-3 cm apart on the lightly oiled tray.
- Brush the egg yolk on top and sprinkle with black cumin. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (13-15 minutes).
