This dish, which is also known as Dried Cod Bean Soup with Noodles, is actually made a lot in Muğla. My acquaintance with black beans with olive oil, also known as karnikara, dates back to my university years in Manisa. It was the first time we had eaten at a friend's mother's house from there. The other day, when I said that I'm soaking black-eyed peas at home in my Instagram stories, one of my followers said that the noodles are very good, give it a try.
When 2 cups of black-eyed peas were soaked, 4.5 cups of black-eyed peas turned into XNUMX cups of black-eyed peas, so I darkened my eyes and made a meal with plenty of noodles. In the original, flour is added after the onion to thicken the water, but I don't think it's necessary when you have noodles because it thickens as it stands. Apart from that, Muğla's dry red pepper is also added to it while it is being cooked, but we do not add any bitterness because Nehir eats it from all the dishes.

- 4 cups boiled black-eyed peas
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste

- 8 water glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of beef broth

How to Make Noodle Dried Cod Bean Recipe?
- Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic. Put it in a pan in olive oil and fry the onion.
- Add the garlic and continue frying.
- Add the boiled black-eyed peas and mix. Add water, salt, spices to use and mix.
- Add the noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are cooked and thickened.
