Ingredients for Misket Meatballs Recipe

• 1 medium eggplants
• 1 medium zucchini
• 1 carrot
• 1 medium onion
• 1 medium potatoes
• 7-8 fresh beans
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• Half a glass of water
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
• 14-15 pieces of meatballs

How to Make Misket Meatballs Recipe?

1. First, wash all the vegetables and let them drain. Sort and slice the green beans obliquely, and finely chop the carrots.
2. Peel the eggplant variegated and cut into large cubes. Cut the potatoes and zucchini into the same size.
3. Take all the ingredients in the pot, add the olive oil, tomato sauce and water. Add the meatballs last.
4. Cover the pot and cook on low heat until all the vegetables are tender.
5. Mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
