Ingredients for Mushroom Pancakes Recipe

• 5 pieces of dough
• 750 g mushrooms
• 4 onion
• ½ cup of oil
• 1 glass of water
• 2 tablespoons of yogurt
• 3 pieces of eggs
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 2 tablespoon of black seed

How to Make Mushroom Tray Pastry Recipe?

1. Chop the onion. Fry in 3 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.
2. Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the onions. Fry the mushrooms until they release their juices.
3. Reserve one of the egg yolks for brushing.
4. Whisk together the milk, remaining oil, eggs and yogurt.
5. Lay a layer of dough on a greased baking tray.
6. Brush through the mixture. Repeat 3 sheets.
7. Spread the mushrooms on it. Finish by brushing the remaining dough with the mixture.
8. Brush with egg yolk and add black cumin seeds. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
