Many years ago, I tried my first salad with mushroom salad. I loved and embraced this half appetizer half salad so much that I repeat the recipe, changing it more or less every time I get a chance. Ingredients for Mushroom Salad Recipe
- 1 pack of fresh mushrooms (canned)
- 1 jar of garnishes (carrots, peas, potatoes)
- 3-4 pickled gherkins
- Parsley
- Dill
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Limon
- Salt
How to Make Mushroom Salad Recipe?
- Wash the mushrooms, boil them in plenty of water and slice them lengthwise. (leave a few whole to garnish)
- Strain and rinse the garnish in a strainer.
- Finely chop the dill, parsley, pickles and garlic.
- Mix them all in a bowl by adding lemon, olive oil and salt.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with whole mushrooms and serve.
Just like that, I'm very sewrim mushroom and there is no taste in the mouth.
