A very enjoyable Italian pasta tortellini. In a way, ravioli with cheese :) When you first see the package, you may think what is this, this little thing will not fill us up, but don't take my advice. 1 package has the power to feed 3 people easily :) If you want to taste a different flavor, I recommend you to try it.

tortellini

Ingredients for Creamy Mushroom Tortellini Recipe

  • 1 package of tortellini pasta
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • salt

For the sauce:

  • 1 pack of raw cream
  • 4-5 slices of salami
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 large mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt

How To Make Creamy Mushroom Tortellini Recipe?

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of water and in a large bowl so that it does not fall apart (I boiled it for almost 15 minutes).
  2. While the pasta is boiling, we slice the mushrooms and salami.
  3. We put olive oil in a large Teflon pan and saute the mushrooms and garlic, when the mushroom water is gone, we add the sliced salami to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. We cook by mixing.
  4. Finally, add the cream and boil for 5-6 minutes. Strain the tortellini and put it on a serving plate and serve it by adding the sauce on it.
  5. Spices and mint leaves can be added if desired.

Note: If you want your sauce to be thicker, you can add 1 tablespoon of flour.

hello, your recipe is really nice, but it is useful to make a correction. As soon as you boil the pasta, pour the pasta into the sauce over the sauce (after straining, of course) and turn it that way for 1 minute, its flavor will be much different than pouring it directly on it.
