Rose Pastry with Minced Meat

I was editing the site, at first there were recipes and pictures that came to my novice, this is one of them, now I edit the recipe and the picture and present it to you again.
It is the first pastry I made, I was a little scared at first, but the result was good. Of course, I forgot to take the cooked version with the excitement of the time :) It was much better when I edited it :)

Ingredients for Rose Pie Recipe with Minced Meat
- 3 pieces of dough
- 1 pieces of eggs
Internal fee:
- Minced grams of 300
- 1 large onion
- 4-5 green peppers
- 2 large tomatoes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter/oil of your choice
- Salt, black pepper, red chili flakes
How to Make Rose Pie Recipe with Minced Meat?
- Saute the onion and green pepper in the pan, when the ingredients turn pink, add the minced meat.
- While roasting the minced meat on medium heat, add the tomato grated and cook until the water is absorbed.
- Add salt and other spices close to cooking and leave to cool.
- Spread the dough on the counter and divide it in half in the middle, spread the mincemeat on the wide part of both halves and roll it up.
- Roll it around the middle of the greased tray in the shape of a rose. Do the same for all the phyllo.
- Brush it with egg, sprinkle with black cumin or sesame seeds if you want. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes until well browned.
