Practical Pastry
A pastry that you can make with the least amount of materials and time, appealing to the eye as well as the palate. It is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The important thing is what you will sweeten the middle with. This time, I decided to use the extra chopped sausage and salami while making ciabatta with sausage at home, so that it can be evaluated without spoiling.
Once you try it, I'm sure it will be indispensable for tea time :)

Ingredients for Practical Pastry Recipe
- 2 pieces of dough
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 pieces of eggs
- Half tea glass of olive oil
For the middle:
Thinly sliced sausage, salami
How to Make Practical Pastry Recipe?
- Whisk yoghurt, egg and olive oil in a bowl as you would prepare a regular pie dough.
- Divide the phyllo into 4 parts as if you were going to make a spring roll.
- Apply the yoghurt mortar you prepared with the help of a brush on each triangular piece and wrap it without compressing it too much.
- Wrap the roll you prepared as if you are making a rose pastry and place it on the greased tray. When all the phyllo is finished, spread the remaining yoghurt paste on it.
- Put the sliced sausage and salami in the middle of the scones little by little and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
