It was a beautiful morning in City-i Istanbul today. No matter who or where you are, the sweet scent of spring that will soon knock on your door.
As for the pasta salad, I can eat 3-5 meals a day, with my eyes closed, in the afternoon slurry for breakfast, or even for dinner.
Especially if the pickle is plentiful and rested in the refrigerator overnight…
You can freely increase or decrease the ingredients in the recipe. For now, I leave you alone with my easy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients for Pasta Salad Recipe
- 4/3 pack of pasta
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 10 gherkins (cucumber) pickles
- 2 cups garnish (mixed)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 sprigs of parsley
- 2 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of salt
How to Make Pasta Salad Recipe?
- Drain and rinse your canned garnish, peel the garlic and pound in a pestle. Finely chop the parsley and pickles. Take all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Boil 4/3 packets of pasta in boiling water with salt and oil in it (between 10-15 minutes), drain and rinse with cold water.
- Pour the drained pasta into the mixing bowl and add mayonnaise and yogurt to it and mix well. Cover with cling film and leave for a few hours before serving.
