Another last minute recipe from Feryal :) When we were looking for what to cook tonight, she came up with a pizza recipe... By the way, those who say it's hard to deal with dough can also make it by buying bread dough from the oven.

• 4 water glass flour
• 1 tea cup oil
• 1 packet of fresh yeast
• 1 glass of warm water
• salt

SOS:

• 1 tablespoon of ketchup
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons of water

Fabrication:

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, create a pool in the middle with your hand (from small pools), take some of the yeast water, oil and salt into the pool and pat it in the flour slowly, start kneading and gradually add the remaining warm water.
2. Take the dough that you kneaded and brought to the consistency of earlobes on your counter and divide it into 2 (you can adjust it according to the size of the tray you have at home).
3. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough in a round shape according to the size of the tray, oil the tray, smooth the dough and spread it.
4. Apply the ketchup paste water mixture on it with the help of a brush, decorate it with the materials you want in your home, put it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees and bake for 10 or 15 minutes.
5. Grate the cheddar, sprinkle it on the pizza and keep it in the oven until the cheddar melts, then serve it hot. Enjoy your meal.
