3 spoons of margarine

Salt

How to Make Roasted Pasta Recipe?

Let's decide how much of the pasta we will cook after 3 tablespoons of margarine is put in the pot and melted. If we are going to make the whole package, let's add half a package of auger pasta to the melted margarine and mix until it is roasted. I continue this process until the pasta is brown. Then I add the other pasta in the package and add hot water. (The feature of this pasta is that its water is not drained and it does not lose its nutritional value.) The water should rise slightly above the pasta. Add the bouillon chicken and mix. After adding salt, it is left to boil. You can check it from time to time and if your pasta is not cooked and its water is low, you can add some boiled water to it.

Enjoy your meal…

Note: Just as we make cakes, pastries and donuts when a guest comes, this pasta is served to guests on women's days or neighbor chats in Gönen.

Isn't there oil or butter instead of margarine?

In my opinion, pasta tastes better when it is fried with butter.

Friends, boil the chicken first to make it more delicious. After the chicken is cooked, take the chicken out of the pot (now decide for yourself how to cook the chicken)
After roasting the pasta, touch the chicken broth we boiled on it and cook the pasta with chicken broth instead of ordinary water. The real taste is here. And the last time the pasta is ready, just put some butter on it.

After roasting and adding water, I throw garlic and any spices I want and mix it. That smell makes me impatient to eat :)

When you close this pasta, if you add chopped parsley and white cheese and close it, it will be amazing. Just like the suböreği, especially if you make it with noodle pasta.

It tastes much better when you cook the pasta without straining the water :) but I have never tried frying it, I will.
    god bless your hands.

I am also from a hearth, I live in Istanbul at the moment, we used to cook macaroni with friends and serve it with a little pickled eggplant.
