I have been preparing for a feverish New Year's table since yesterday afternoon. I finished almost all of the appetizers and left them to rest in the fridge. Pacanga pastries hugged, christmas chicken Preparations for it began. I'm really tired but it was worth it :)
In 1-2 days, I will share with you all the recipes I prepared for tonight, along with the New Year's Chicken recipe.
The last recipe of 2010, the first recipe of 2011 liberal It's because it's my favorite appetizer :). Let it be an appetizer, it is a light, practical and delicious recipe that I love to use on bread for breakfast or on a sandwich that I prepare for lunch.

Ingredients for Haydari Recipe
- 1,5 glass of strained yogurt
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- 1 small pinch of dill
- 1 small pinch of dried mint (optional)
- salt (no need to add if using salted cheese)
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
How to Make Haydari Recipe?
- Take your cheese in a deep bowl, mash with a fork and mix. Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix again.
- Add the grated garlic and continue mixing. (If you don't have much time, you can use a blender.)
- Add 1 pinch of finely chopped dill and olive oil to your yogurt and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then serve.
